First phase: Vertical bone augmentation. 使用不可吸收膜, 加上一半自體骨一半Bio-Oss. 需要等9個月.
Secondary phase: Implant placement and secondary bone graft: 使用surgical stent將植體放在適當位置, 若有骨缺損則以3成自體骨加上7成Bio-Oss. 此時使用可吸收膜覆蓋. 需要等6個月.
Third phase: Soft tissue thickening: 在植體放入2個月後, 補CT graft.
Fourth phase: Modified apically positioned flap and free soft tissue grafting: 在增厚soft tissue後6周補free soft tissue還回借用的前庭組織.
