這個case report是使用enamel matrix derivative, 也就是Emdogain, 配合vertical bone augmentation, CT graft等的前牙植牙重建. 因為只是case report, 所以Emdogain是不是真的有效有待更多的paper證實, 但是我個人使用的經驗是BMP-2真的效果不錯.
