這篇研究是去比較說在internal or external type implant abutment，在abutment screw之上再加一個double screw，然後看這樣能不能減少screw loosening的情況。實驗的結果是有改善的，但這樣的double screw強度要多少，大小要怎麼設計？未來的醫師如果要移除怎麼辦？這需要有更多的研究才知道。
