這個實驗室用三種locator的attachment, clear, pink, blue去浸泡在不同的溶液中, 然後看這樣會怎樣改變其retention.
浸泡的溶液有水, NaOCl, Protefix Active Cleanser (PAC, sodium bicarbonate-sodium perborate), Aktident (AKT, sodium bicarbonate). 使用的locator attachment是Zest原廠的.
結果是不同的顏色attachment對於不同溶液浸泡後效果不一, 泡過NaOCl的還有可能更增強retention, 而cleanser的效果不太會傷害attachment retention, 單用sodium bicarbonate可能會減少retention.
