這篇研究是使用customized zirconia abutment, 然後使用cement or screw retained crown, 去測試cyclic fatique. 先講這篇文章的弱點, 就是樣本數不夠多, 兩組各只有十個.

結果若是在custom zirconia abutment上, 使用cement retained會比用screw retained的強度大一倍. 通常會用zirconia abutment的時機大多是在上顎前牙, 也因為screw hole的位置, 也多會用cement retained.
